**Getting started**

New to the game? Tap "How to Play" (menu, top-right) for a quick walkthrough, or visit "Scoring" to see how points are awarded for accuracy and timing.

**Reporting an issue**

Spot a pricing, scoring, or auction-listing problem? Open the auction and use "Notify Admin" to send us the details — we review every report.

ACCOUNT DELETION

Operated by Hammer Guess LLC

You can delete your Hammer Guess account and personal data at any time. There are two ways:

  • In the app (if you can log in): open Profile → Delete Account. Type delete to confirm. This immediately removes your profile, predictions, league memberships, favorite preferences, badges, and notifications, then signs you out. It also blocks that email from playing again and queues the login for our team to remove. Use the form below if you can't log in.
  • Without logging in: use the form below to submit your account email. Our team will delete your personal data on your behalf and email a confirmation to the address provided.

DATA RETENTION

Deleted immediately: your user profile, display name, predictions, prediction history, league memberships, favorite brand/model preferences, and notification records.

Retained as required by law / accounting: payment and purchase records are kept only as long as legally required for tax and financial-record compliance, then permanently deleted.
